Ordering

1.  What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  The amount may not be debited from your account for 3-5 business days.

2. Can I pay by any other way than credit card, like cash or money order?

We are not currently accepting mail orders, but should by the end of August 2008.

Shipping

1. Do you offer any faster methods of shipping?

In order to keep shipping free on all our products, we do not offer any shipping other than USPS.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time is normaly between 7 and 15 business days and for very remote countries up to 30 business days! PLEASE NOTE that BUSINESS DAYS are only monday to friday so before you order you should have that clear in your mind! Delivery time includes time necessary for international regular airmail, which must also pass your customs, so we expect you to accept this as NORMAL DELIVERY TIME and respect it! Please check your ORDER HISTORY, from the email sent to you after you ordered, first and count business days before writing to us about delivery time! If its over 15 business days, PLEASE CONTACT US and together we will find the reason and the solution! Also, remember that everything comes from different parts of the world, not from us.

3. I only received part of my order, why?

For security purposes we ship all products separately. You will receive a separate package for each separate type of product (if you order a pack of seeds, a syringe, and a grow kit, you will receive 3 separate packages).

4. Do you provide tracking numbers?

We do provide tracking numbers for syringes. 

Spore Syringes & Prints

1. What is the difference between a spore print and a spore syringe?

Spore syringes contain 12 ccs of water containing thousands of tiny spores suspended in water. Syringes are recommended for the beginner as they are foolproof to use.

Spore prints are spores taken from the cap of a mushroom and "printed" onto paper. The spores are then to be tapped off into the mushroom substrate jars evenly, This can require some precision so it is recommended to the advanced cultivator.
